Individual Supervision
My approach to supervision is very much aligned with my approach to therapy: dignity and competency-based; informed by neurology, development, and attachment; and intersectional and trauma-informed. We’ll talk self-of-the-therapist, authenticity, brainstorm and practice interventions, and so on and so forth. Regardless of where you are at in your path towards licensure, or perhaps even seeking consultation as a licensed clinician, I’ll meet you where you’re at, offering guidance, experience, and some gentle challenging along the way.
Cost: $100
Group Supervision
Group supervision can be a helpful space to connect with other clinicians, gain feedback from peers, and offer a nice extra chunk of hours towards those pesky board requirements for licensure at a reduced price compared to individual supervision. Groups are held monthly for 3 hours in 6-month increments. Upcoming dates are TBD, likely occurring on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
Cost: $90 per 3-hour session
